COCKTAILS

Bikini Bar has a cocktail team made up of five mixologists who have created a unique proposal in which mixology classics come together with other signature reinterpretations to enjoy at any time of the day.

The cocktail menu is divided into sections based on their background –citrus, sweet, spicy and strong–, and mocktails. Along with options such as the Tom Collins or the Negroni, there are own creations such as the Tierra del Fuego, the Mezcalita or the Madriz.
